Shipping & Return policies


Each piece is handcrafted to order and made specifically for you. Please allow 3-8 business days for product to be made before shipment. Please note all pieces are hand made and shipped from France.  Pieces may appear differently from the items shown online.

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. 

International Shipping :   Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out. 

Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your country’s government website for more information.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

The delivery times stated on our Shipping page are guidelines only. While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe. This includes circumstances beyond BEADBEADZ’s and our shipper’s control, including customs delays, inaccurate or incomplete shipment information, delivery instructions or information (such as P.O. Box for receiver address,missing or inaccurate receiver telephone number), or receiver’s request for delay, shipment diversion or nonstandard clearance services; or unavailability or refusal of the receiver to accept delivery or to pay duties and taxes against delivery if requested. We work closely with our logistics partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays for our international customers.

We will endeavour to send all orders the same day if ordered before our cut-off time of 12pm CET time. If ordering after this time, we will endeavour to dispatch your order the next business day. Our processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

You will be notified once your order has been dispatched, along with a unique tracking number. You may use this tracking number to check on the status of your order at any time by clicking the link provided.

We reserve the right to delay the dispatch of any order. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is a delay or if an item(s) is out of stock.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched we cannot change the delivery address, and you will therefore be additional charged for any delivery changes after this time.

You will be charged duties and taxes if an item(s) is sent outside the EU. This is not in our control and is decided by the country we send the item to. The custom costs are the responsibility of the receiver, and must be arranged and paid for by you.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

All items will include a tracking number which will be sent to your email once package is sent out. BEADBEADZ is not responsible for items lost in the mail. No refunds.

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days, but can take 15 working days.

Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days, but can take up to 27 working days.

La Poste are experiencing delays worldwide due to the COVID 19 pandemic! Your delivery may take longer to arrive to you. Many countries around the world are experiencing delays with customs also. Any items being received outside of France may be subject to a small customs fee depending on your country and customs procedure. Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Lost Packages : If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. 

Due to the custom option and the unique nature of our materials, all items are final sale. Due to our made-to-order approach we do not accept returns.

We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults. Please email a picture of your damaged jewelry or accessory  to discuss possible options.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Our phone straps are made and personalized when ordered and therefore are considered as FINAL SALES and will not be eligible for return/exchange/refund.

Refunds: Our phone straps are made and personalized and will not be eligible for refund.

You have the right to withdraw without giving any reason for 14 days from receipt of the Product or from the date on which you signed the contract for the provision of services.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by e-mail to within the time limit. . If you contact us by e-mail, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal.

You must return the Products as soon as possible, in any case within 14 days of notification of your withdrawal. Upon receipt of the Product, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, with the exception of return costs, which will remain your responsibility.
